为表彰先进，提高我院学生干部的凝聚力、调动学生干部的积极性，树立楷模，进一步弘扬我院优良院风和推进学风建设，激发学生干部工作热情，推动学院学生工作的开展。我院决定评选表彰一批优秀个人，现将有关事项通知如下：

In order to commend the advanced, improve the cohesiveness of student cadres in our college, mobilize the enthusiasm of student cadres, set up a model, further carry forward the fine style of our college and promote the construction of the style of study, and stimulate the enthusiasm of student cadres, to promote the development of college student work. We have decided to award and commend a group of outstanding individuals. We hereby notify you of the following matters:

一、申报对象

1. Who to declare

学院各学生组织学生干部；各年级各班除团支书和团支委以外的班干部；2019 级新生兼职辅导员、心理助班。

Students of the College Organize Student Cadres; class cadres in all grades and classes except the Youth League Branch Secretary and the Youth League Branch Committee; part-time counselors and psychological assistant classes for freshmen of grade 2019.

（一）优秀学生干部（标兵）

(1) outstanding student cadres (role models)

1. 理想信念坚定，拥护中国共产党领导，维护国家利益和尊严，积极践行社会主义核心价值观，自觉培养正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。

1. We will uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China, safeguard national interests and dignity, actively practice the core socialist values, and consciously develop a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.

2. 勇于开展批评和自我批评，在同学中有较高的威信，能发挥带头作用、骨干作用、桥梁作用，工作认真，积极主动配合学院学风建设、文体活动等学生工作；创造性地开展班委工作，组织能力强，在工作中能以身作则，积极肯干，热心为同学服务，工作成绩突出。

2. Have the courage to carry out criticism and self-criticism, have high prestige among students, can play a leading role, backbone role, bridge role, work seriously, actively cooperate with the college style of study, sports activities and other student work; Creative class work, strong organizational ability, in the work to lead by example, active and willing to work, enthusiastic for students service, outstanding performance.

3. 尊敬师长、团结同学，热爱集体，品德优秀、文明礼貌，自觉执行和模范遵守学院的规章制度，勇于同不良现象作斗争。

3. Respect teachers and teachers, unity of students, love the collective, excellent moral character, civilization and courtesy, consciously implement and abide by the rules and regulations of the institute, the courage to fight against bad phenomena.

4. 学习目的明确，学习态度端正，刻苦勤奋，成绩优良；近两学期绩点 3.0 以上，无挂科课程，且上一年度综合测评排名前 50%（2019 级不做这一项要求）。2019 年体育测评成绩应达到 60 分。

4. Clear learning goals, good learning attitude, hard work, good grades; nearly two semesters of 3.0 or above, no-fail courses, and last year’s comprehensive assessment of the top 50% (2019 grade does not do this requirement) . 60 points in 2019.

5. 已获评校级优秀学干的不再参与此次评选。

5. Those who have been rated as excellent students will no longer participate in the selection.

6. 无通报批评及以上处罚，如未按时注册报到、考试作弊、课检缺勤等院级以上的处罚。

7. 现任学生干部，截至 2020 年 4 月 30 日，担任现职不少于半年（任职时间需在 2019 年 5 月至 2020 年 4 月）。

三、评选名额

3. Quota

1. 学院各学生组织学生干部评选名额不超过现任总人数的 15%。2019 级新生兼职辅导员、心理助班评选名额不超过现任总人数的 15%。

1. No more than 15% of the current total number of students will be selected as student cadres by each student organization. No more than 15% of the current number of freshmen in grade 2019 will be selected as part-time counselors or psychological assistant classes.

2. 各年级各班级应先开展班内互评，择优推荐不超过 2 名班干部。原则上，各班班干部最终所获学院优秀学生干部人数不应超过 1 人。

2. Each grade each class should carry out in-class mutual evaluation first, select not more than 2 class cadres recommended. In principle, the number of outstanding student cadres in each class should not exceed one.

3. 学院各学生组织学生干部和 2019 级新生兼职辅导员、心理助班申请学院优秀学生干部不占用班级名额。

3. Students of the college organize student cadres and 2019 freshmen part-time counselors, psychological assistant classes to apply to the college outstanding student cadres do not occupy class places.

4. 评选出优秀学生干部后，从中择优评选出优秀学生干部标兵，标兵人数不超过总优秀学生干部人数的 10%。

四、评选办法

1. 学院各学生组织学生干部申报材料分数占总成绩的 50%，各组织指导老师评分意见占总成绩的 50%。其中年级管理委员会由各年级辅导员评分。

3.2019 级新生兼职辅导员、心理助班申报材料分数占总成绩的 50%，2019 级辅导员评分意见占总成绩的 50%。

五、材料报送

Submission of materials

（一）申报所需材料

(1) materials required for declaration

1. 优秀学生干部（标兵）申报表（附件 1）。

1. Declaration form for outstanding student cadres (model)(Annex 1).

2. 汇总表（附件 2）及 800 字以内个人事迹材料（附件 3），具体要求见附件。

2. Summary Table (Annex 2) and personal deeds materials of less than 800 words (Annex 3) , see the annex for specific requirements.

3. 各类奖项及相关证明材料，含绩点及体测成绩。所有证明材料打包到一个文件夹内。

3. Each kind of award and the related proof material, including the grade point and the body test result. All supporting documents are packed into a single folder.

4. 所有材料仅需提交电子版。

4. All materials need only be submitted electronically.

（二）材料提交方法

(2) method of submission of materials

1. 各学生组织的申请材料以组织为单位，由各组织总负责人汇总提交。总负责人同时应负责整合组织内所有申报人员的汇总表。

1. The Application Materials of each student organization shall be compiled and submitted by the General Director of each organization. The head of the organization shall also be responsible for the consolidation of a matrix of all declared personnel within the organization.

2. 各年级各班班干部的申请材料以年级为单位，由各年级级委汇总提交。级委同时应负责整合年级内所有申报人员的汇总表。

2. The application materials of the cadres of all classes and classes at all levels shall be compiled and submitted by the committees at all levels. The committee shall also be responsible for the consolidation of a summary Table of all applicants in the year.

3.2019 级新生兼职辅导员、心理助班的申请材料由总兼辅、总助班汇总提交。总兼辅、总助班同时应负责整合 2019 级新生兼职辅导员、心理助班中所有申报人员的汇总表。

3. The Application Materials of the part-time instructor and the psychological assistant class for the freshmen of grade 2019 shall be submitted by the total part-time instructor and the total assistant class. The General Assistant Class and the General Assistant Class shall also be responsible for the integration of the 2019 freshmen part-time counselors, psychological assistant class of all applicants in the summary Table.

（三）材料提交时间

所提交材料应做到真实有效、清晰分类，各组织、各年级总负责人整理好后于 5 月 8 日 24:00 点前发至学生会秘书部公邮（xxrj_msb@foxmail.com），逾期不再受理。

The submitted materials should be true, valid and clearly classified. The organizations and the general leaders of each grade should arrange the materials and send them to the Student Union Secretary Department by Official Mail (XXRJ@FOXMAIL. COM) before 24:00 on May 8.

六、注意事项

6. Points to note

1. 学院所有符合条件的同学均可申请学院优秀团员、优秀团干、优秀学生干部等个人评优奖项，每人限报一项，不得一人申报多个奖项。

1. All qualified students of the college can apply for individual awards such as Outstanding League members, Outstanding League cadres and outstanding student cadres. Each student can apply for only one award.

2. 申请优秀学生干部奖项时，每人仅能申请一次，不得通过多种渠道重复申请。

2. When applying for the Outstanding Student Cadre Award, each student can only apply once and can not apply through multiple channels.
