In order to sum up the work of the Youth League Committee of our college in 2019-2020, praise the advanced, help the work of the 2020 transition, the school of Mathematics and information, the School of Software Student Union debriefing conference was held on the morning of July 12 at the tencent conference. Yu Danhua, secretary of the Youth League Committee of our College, Ye Zengke, instructor of the Student Union, members of the Presidium of the Youth League and members of various departments attended the meeting.
This meeting is divided into two parts, first by the presidium and the heads of each department debriefing, and then by Yu Danhua teacher summary speech. From 2019 to 2020, the Student Union of the Youth League committee organized 103 activities with more than 3,500 participants, including 4 activities at school level and above, and 5 internal training sessions. The presidium plans the work of the Student Union of the Youth League committee in this academic year, including the important tasks of recruiting new students in 2019 and training the Student Union of the Youth League committee in 2019. In the past year’s work, the Youth League committee and the Student Union of our college were awarded the “Red Flag Youth League committee” AND THE “Red Flag Student Union” honors in May 4,2020 respectively, and the new media operation department of the Youth League committee was awarded the “ten best new media” title in May 4,2020, three Student Union Cadres of the Youth League committee were awarded the title of “Outstanding Student Cadres” by the South China Agricultural University.
All departments to the bureau as the core, adhering to the “service students, little by little to start” purpose, mutual help, in the work wholeheartedly for students, teachers service. With the efforts of all, the Student Union of the College Youth League Committee has successfully completed various tasks, such as the College Orientation Party, College Games and other large-scale activities. The departments also reflected on the problems in their work in the light of the deficiencies in the activities, and said they would assist the new Youth League Students’ Union to make suggestions for the work next year and continue to move forward in order to protect the rights and interests of students and serve the construction of the campus.
At the end of the meeting, Yu Danhua gave a speech. Teacher Yu first acknowledged the hard work of the 11th Youth League Student Union and pointed out areas for improvement in the work. Then he explained the regulations on the reform of the Youth League Student Union and pointed out that the college would continue to deepen the reform of the Youth League student union, to promote the Youth League Student Union, stay in office, enhance the work efficiency of the Youth League Student Union. Finally, Yu encouraged the students to continue to play a leading role in the new school year, do a good job in learning, life planning, strive to advance.
