As the pioneer and pilot of the construction of IT training bases for university students outside the University, Huadi has been adhering to the strict and pragmatic teaching attitude, scientific and reasonable curriculum setting, deep cultivation and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, we are committed to training IT professionals who can meet the needs of the enterprise. Over the years, there have been more than 300 cooperative institutions, more than 3,000 cooperative enterprises and more than 180,000 practical teaching personnel. South China Agricultural University and Sichuan Huadi Information Technology Co. , Ltd. launched an in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, in 2013 to jointly build the national “Undergraduate Teaching Engineering” students outside the practice of education base. The base gives full play to the role of industries and enterprises, and realizes the all-round integration of supply-side and industrial demand-side structural elements of talent training through “introducing enterprises into education” , the important carrier and practice platform of cultivating high-quality innovative talents and technical talents. The base is to carry out the reform and innovation of talent training in an all-round way with the basic task of talent training, the interaction between education and Industry, the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the establishment of a sound demand-oriented talent training model, try to resolve the structural contradiction between the supply of talent education and the demand of industry.
Since the two sides have cooperated, a total of 1,672 computer students have been trained. Since the base was established in 2013, it has insisted on putting people first, “introducing enterprises into teaching” , and cooperative training between schools and enterprises, south China Agricultural University has trained 810 outstanding engineers in Software Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, and network engineering.
