In accordance with the requirements of Guangdong Provincial Department of Education “notice on deepening the reform of ideological and political work of the curriculum” and relevant documents of the South China Agricultural University, in order to promote the ideological and political work of the curriculum of our institute, the college plans to carry out the cultivation work of the demonstration project of ideological and political construction reform of the 2021 from 2020 to 2021. The details of the work are as follows:
RECOMMENDED SCOPE and quantity
This year, the cultivation of ideological and political demonstration projects will be carried out by means of quota application. A total of 10 projects will be selected to carry out the cultivation, among them, there are 1-3 ideological and political demonstration teams, 1-3 ideological and political demonstration courses and 3-8 ideological and political demonstration classes.
Specific requirements of the project
(1) ideological and Political Education demonstration team
1. The team leader should be a full-time school teacher with the title of professor and more than 10 years of undergraduate education, under the age of 60 years. The other members of the team should have the title of lecturer or above and 5 years or above of undergraduate education (the above age and service time are calculated up to August 31,2020, the same below) ;
2. Team leaders and members have good political quality and noble teacher ethics, long-term struggle in the teaching front, with a higher level of teaching and teaching art. In the past 3 academic years, the number of classroom teaching hours for team leaders and members was no less than 108 hours per academic year
3. The team has been committed to the reform of ideological and political education for a long time, and has made outstanding achievements in the theoretical research of ideological and political education and resource construction
4. Team size should be more than 5 people, and maintain a reasonable echelon structure, the formation of a stable team “help” mechanism and teaching cooperation mechanism;
5. The team insists on student-centered teaching for a long time, and the effect of education is widely accepted by peers and students, and has a good reputation and greater influence in the industry;
6. Under the same conditions, the provincial teaching team which has passed the acceptance check gives priority to support.
(2) course ideological and political education demonstration
1. The curriculum has been incorporated into the talent training program, and credit management has been implemented, focusing on the unification of knowledge imparting, ability training and value leading;
2. The person in charge of the course shall be a full-time teacher of the school, and shall generally have the title of associate professor (including) or above and five years of undergraduate education, rich experience in classroom teaching and good teaching reputation, under 55 years of age (particularly good teachers may be relaxed to 60 years of age if they have entered into a renewal agreement with the school which guarantees the length of service of the course) ;
3. The person in charge of the course and the members of the team have the noble teacher’s ethics, and have been engaged in the first-line undergraduate teaching steadily for a long time
4. Since 1 September 2018, the course has been taught normally for at least two semesters, with the course’s director teaching not less than one quarter of the course’s total duration, and the course will continue to be offered steadily in subsequent professional programmes;
5. The teaching of the course has advanced teaching ideas and combines the characteristics of the course with the elements of moral education such as national feelings, social responsibilities, moral norms, awareness of rule of law, history and culture, ideological quality and scientific spirit, will lead the value throughout the curriculum teaching, realize the imperceptible influence, moistens the material the silent education effect. Can reasonably use the modern information technology to assist the teaching, pays attention to the process appraisal, and highlights the ideological and political education essential factor appraisal;
6. The teaching effect of the course is good, the evaluation of students and experts is excellent. The integration model of ideological and Political Education and professional teaching can be used for reference for other similar courses
Kill. Under the same conditions, the provincial and above teaching award recipients or high-level talents, the courses submitted by famous teachers and the provincial curriculum projects that have passed the acceptance check are given priority support.
(3) ideological and political education demonstration class
1. Must be included in the talent training program, a stable set of undergraduate courses in a relatively fixed class (section) , the length of the General in 30-60 minutes;
2. The lecturers should be full-time teachers in schools, and generally have the titles of lecturers (including) or above and five years (including) or above of undergraduate education, and be engaged in first-line undergraduate teaching steadily for a long time, with good political quality, teacher ethics and rich experience in classroom teaching, the age is generally under 60 years old;
3. The teachers are well-mannered, well-dressed and well-mannered, with clear teaching ideas, strict logic, easy-to-understand explanations, exquisite courseware-making, appropriate interspersed with case studies, professional classics and other materials, and a concise summary in place, the individual teaching characteristic is prominent;
4. Following the syllabus arrangement of the course, ideological and political education has clear objectives and can be designed in terms of knowledge, ability and values. The educational objectives are highly compatible with the subjects and specialties of the course, fully refining the educational elements contained in professional courses can effectively support the achievement of teaching objectives;
5. The classroom content is full, the teaching link design is exquisite, the scene and the activity design is novel, the train of thought is clear, the classroom teaching method is flexible and diverse, skilled, the effective use multi-media and so on each modern teaching method, the ideological and political content elements of the course, such as patriotism, legal consciousness, social responsibility, benevolence and humanistic spirit, are integrated and skillfully to achieve the silent effect of ideological and political education
6. Teachers and students play a leading role, students have a good learning state, high participation in classroom teaching, good teacher-student interaction, active classroom atmosphere, students have a strong sense of achievement;
Kill. The effect of classroom teaching is widely recognized by students and experts in the same field both inside and outside the school.
Description of application for project breeding
(1) The compere shall apply for one item only; the participation (the project compere shall also count as a participant) shall not exceed two items.
(2) to participate in the training of the project need to refer to the “Guangdong Province undergraduate course ideological and political XXXX application form” to prepare the project training plan, the specific content refers to the annex of the application form.
(3) the person in charge of the project applying for incubation shall submit the “project incubation plan” and the summary of the project incubation plan by December 15,2020(Tuesday) .

IV. Ways of project cultivation
(a) the college provides funding support for the in-class ideological and political education projects. Depending on the type of projects and the actual assessment results, each project will be funded from $1,000 to $5,000.
(2) approved projects should submit a progress report on their 2021 by June 30. Funding support will be provided after passing the assessment.
(3) when applying for various kinds of South China Agricultural University and demonstration projects of ideological and political construction reform of courses in Guangdong Province, the college will select the best among the projects it takes part in, and the projects that do not take part in the training will in principle no longer be recommended.
