2. FUNDING CRITERIA AND QUOTA ALLOCATION
1. Criteria: 3,000 yuan per person, one-off grant.
2. QUOTA: 1 person.
3. Conditions of application
1. Abide by the National Law and school discipline, civilized behavior, no bad behavior, no violation of school discipline records, have not been any punishment;
2. Positive thinking, good moral quality, honesty and trustworthiness, love public welfare undertakings;
3. Family financial difficulties, simple life, no extravagance and waste behavior, no bad habits.
4. Selection process
(1) student application. Eligible students log on to student work system https://xgxt.scau.edu.cn/#/index，账号为学号，密码为身份证后六位（港澳台学生默认是 123456 on December 2-4.
Click “affairs hall”→“Sui Sheng Grant”→“handle”
After entering the page, fill in the relevant information and upload the supporting materials as required by the form.
1. Evidence of participation in social services and related family financial difficulties can be uploaded through the “Annex” ;
2. “Bank card information” please fill in my agricultural bank card number for future grants.
After completing the form, click “handle” and select submit to the grade counselor for review. Students can view the submitted content through “my application” in the “transaction approval” section.
(2) preliminary examination and public announcement of the college.
1. Grade Counselor to verify the relevant information of students, click “handle” and fill in the comments, submitted to the College Deputy Secretary for review.
2. Deputy Secretary of the registration “student work system” for audit.
3. The proposed student list will be posted on the campus for 1 day. After posting no objection, the deputy registrar will register the “student work system” which will eventually be submitted to the school for funding.
(3) school audits and publicity. The school to the Institute report the Student List and the material to carry on the examination, will propose the student list to announce in the entire school scope 3 days. After the publication of no objection, the relevant materials reported to the sponsor.
(4) sponsor assessment. The sponsor shall determine the final recipient list and grant the grant in accordance with the prescribed procedures and standards.
