1. “numerical solution of differential equation” : “numerical solution of differential equation” is a master’s degree course in Mathematics Department. The subject of numerical methods and theories for solving computational problems with computers, which is the principal part of computational mathematics and Applied Mathematics, is studied and analyzed through numerical analysis, it is also the main bridge of applying mathematics to solve practical problems.
2. Mathematical Optimization: This course introduces students to the basic methods of optimization theory and to some of the more recent results of research. It includes optimization introduction, extremum in differential calculus, linear programming, Duality Theory, unconstrained Nonlinear programming, constrained Nonlinear programming, multiobjective programming, discrete optimization and so on. Through teaching, students can master the construction principle and process analysis of various optimization methods, and improve the ability of algorithm design and theoretical analysis.
