The Youth League Committee and the Student Union of the College of Mathematics and information are all-college student mass organizations under the guidance of the Youth League Committee and the Party Committee of the College, it will play an active role in guiding students’ thinking, innovating and undertaking, social practice and campus culture construction.
In order to thoroughly implement the reform plan of the Student Union, the reform plan of the South China Agricultural University and the reform plan of the South China Agricultural University, to promote the work of the Youth League Committee and the Student Union, and to attract and train more outstanding student cadres, it was decided through research that the selection of candidates for the 11th Deputy Secretary of the 2nd Youth League Committee and the twelve student union presidium would be launched in June 2020. To better implement the relevant work, details of the arrangements are as follows:

3. Candidate Pool
Two deputy secretaries of the Youth League committee and three members of the Presidium of the Student Union are selected for full-time undergraduate students of the South China Agricultural University and the Software Institute.
4. Selection criteria:
(1) the Deputy Secretary of the Youth League committee shall be a member of the Communist Youth League or a party member (including a reserve party member) . Political stand firm, support the party’s tie, love the motherland, have a sense of love school, with good moral character;
(2) the masses have a solid foundation and are good at uniting their classmates and leading the masses;
(3) love student work, be willing to serve the students heart and soul, have strong working ability and resistance to pressure, be proactive and practical;
(4) dare to break the routine, enterprising spirit, strong organization and coordination, communication and expression, and the ability to co-ordinate;
(V) good professional performance, with a grade point average of 3.0 or above in the previous semester, with no failure record;
(6) he has a correct mind and a decent style of work, and has no record of violation of rules or discipline or punishment during his school days
(VII) one of the following requirements shall be met:
1. vice-minister or above of the College Youth League Committee or Student Union
2. The present position of vice-minister of student organizations at the school or college level or above

6. Organization and evaluation
(1) written examination
The Youth League Committee and the Student Union will review the application form in writing and select the best candidate for the interview.
(2) interview
The time and method of interview will be announced later. The interview is a single interview, which mainly tests the applicant’s personality and adaptability to the position.
(3) assessment of the candidate period
The candidate shall be selected on the basis of interview selection, and shall be notified that the candidate period shall be from the date of notification to the second of the eleven terms of the Youth League committee of the South China Agricultural University and the Software Institute, and to the date of the twelve terms of office of the Student Union, the main assessment of the actual performance of candidates.

The interview and assessment panel is composed of the Secretary of the Youth League committee, the instructor of the Student Union, the Standing Committee of the Youth League committee, the members of the presidium and the representatives of the departments.
7. Selection principles
