Fellow seniors,

2020 年 12 月份的英语四六级考试即将到来，为能跟切实服务同学，应对考生耳机出现故障等突发情况，保障考试的顺利举行，学院团委学生会特倡议发起此次四六级英语考试耳机收集活动，具体倡议如下：

In December 2020, the English test band 4 and Band 6 will be coming soon. In order to effectively serve the students and deal with unexpected situations such as the breakdown of the candidates’ earphones, we will ensure the smooth running of the test, the Student Union of the College Youth League Committee has initiated the collection of headsets for cet-4 and CET-6, as follows:

1、欢迎高年级已通过四六级英语考试并有意愿捐赠听力考场所需耳机的同学加入下方 QQ 群，通过在线文档填写个人信息，选择参加耳机收集活动的具体时间。团委学生会工作人员将在本周五、周六（12 月 4 日、5 日）于华山 18 栋学院社区房、泰山 9 栋学院社区房进行耳机收集活动。

1. Welcome the students who have passed the CET-4 and cet-6 English test and are willing to donate earphones for the listening test to join the QQ group below, fill in personal information through online documents, choose the specific time to participate in the earphone collection activities. Staff of the Youth League Student Union will collect headphones from 18 college community houses in Mount Hua and 9 college community houses in Taishan this Friday and Saturday (December 4 and 5) .

2、请各位有意愿捐赠耳机的同学，先检查一下耳机是否损坏，另外我们会安排工作人员再次对耳机进行检查并进行登记。

Please check if the earphone is damaged, and we will arrange the staff to check and register the earphone again.

3、耳机收集完成后将由团委学生会学习部工作人员进行保管和维护，并在今年 12 月及之后的四六级考试中组织志愿者开展耳机借用活动。此活动面向考试前忘记携带耳机或耳机突然损坏的同学，志愿者将对借用耳机的同学进行个人信息以及借还情况的登记，确保此次收集的耳机能在之后志愿服务中重复利用。

3. The earphones will be kept and maintained by the staff of the Learning Department of the Student Union of the Youth League committee, and volunteers will be organized to borrow earphones during the cet-4 and cet-6 examinations in December and later this year. This activity is for students who forget to wear earphones or their earphones are damaged suddenly before the test. Volunteers will register the personal information of students who borrow earphones as well as the situation of borrowing and returning them, make sure the collection can be reused in future volunteer services.

4、学习部将为捐赠耳机的同学准备惊喜小礼品一份。学院将会成功捐赠的同学开具活动证明。

The learning department will prepare a surprise gift for the students who donate earphones. A certificate of activity will be issued by the successful donor.

5、学习部本着 “服务同学，点滴做起” 的宗旨，将并承诺加强对耳机的日常保管，在四六级考试时在校内考点进行摆摊，为有需要的同学们提供服务。服务结束后，学习部将整理活动信息并进行相应的公示。

5, learning department in line with the “service students, bit by bit” purpose, will and commitment to strengthen the daily custody of earphones, in the four or six test points in the school to set up a stall, for students in need of services. After the end of the service, the learning department will collate the activity information and post it accordingly.
