In order to further study and implement Xi Jinping’s thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, earnestly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thought on Youth Work, and further strengthen the political guidance of young students in our school, the Youth League committee decided to hold a “Qingma project” training class for the party to train and transport the young political cadres. The details are as follows:
I. Objectives of the training
By continuing to deepen reform and improve quality and efficiency, the training system of the “QINGMA project” is more complete, the training mode is more standard, the function effect of strengthening the political leadership of the youth is more and more prominent. In all fields of various trades and professions, we should train and convey a group of young people with loyal political character, strong national feelings, solid theoretical foundation, outstanding ability and quality, and the political backbone of the youth who are loyal to anything and serve people well.
Culture cycle and scale
The college’s “Qingma Project” training class is organized and implemented by the College’s Youth League committee under the guidance of the College’s Party Committee.
3. Training content
Highlight the overall quality of the students, especially the political quality of the refining and upgrading, mainly including theoretical learning, red education and practical education in three areas:
1. Deepening theoretical learning. The main objective is to help students deepen their understanding of the scientific theory of the party, to gain a deep understanding of Xi Jinping’s thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and to master Marxist positions, viewpoints and methods, further strengthen the party’s confidence and determination to follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The main ways are:
(1) to guide the students to read the original works, learn the original texts, understand the principles, and read in depth such Marxist classics as Xi Jinping on Governance, so as to follow up and study the spirit of the important speeches made by General Secretary Xi Jinping.
(2) Inviting Party and government leaders, experts and scholars to give special guidance on the party’s innovative theories, major policies and social hot spots.
2. Carrying out red education. The main goal is to help students carry forward the national spirit and the spirit of the Times, and strengthen the study of the history of the party, the history of New China, the history of reform and opening up, the history of socialist development and so on. To guide the students to enhance their understanding of the revolutionary traditional spirit and to realize the sublimation of the spirit of patriotism. The main ways are:
(1) to organize students to go to revolutionary traditional education bases, patriotic education bases, revolutionary sites and other sites for on-the-spot study, and to take part in ceremonial education such as paying tribute to revolutionary martyrs and reviewing the oath of joining the Party.
(2) to visit historical witnesses, watch video materials of outstanding typical deeds, special exhibitions, and invite advanced typical deeds reports, etc. .
3. Step up your practice. Through practice, we help the students to have a deep understanding of our country’s system and national governance system, to strengthen social observation, to sharpen their will, forge their character and increase their talents in the grass-roots and difficult places. The main ways are:
(1) to organize students to participate in voluntary work, voluntary work both inside and outside the school, “three visits to the countryside” during the summer vacation, “Practice Cup” during the winter vacation, “Qingma” staying in the village, and other social and voluntary service activities; Carry out investigation and research on the important issues of economic and social development.
(2) to guide the students to take the initiative to make their voices heard on the Internet, to fight against all kinds of wrong opinions and ideological trends, and to charge forward and stand the test in the face of major events and various kinds of urgent and difficult tasks.

3. Student standards
1. Firmly support the leadership of the Party and have strong theoretical, practical and emotional identification with Xi Jinping’s thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era;
2. The political appearance is a member of the Communist Youth League or a party member (including a Reserve Party member) ;
3. Excellent academic performance, in student work, social practice, innovation and entrepreneurship, academic competition, such as a prominent performance;
4. The masses enjoy a good foundation and there is no record of disciplinary action taken against them for violation of regulations or disciplines.
4. Student selection
1. Organization recommendations. Each Student Party branch or student organization May recommend a number of candidates to the College Youth League committee, fill in the application form (Annex 1) and the summary Form (Annex 2) , and name the document in the format of [ organization Name/party branch name + Qingma project application form ] , send to the designated email address: scausxtw@126. 2. Self-recommendation: Individuals should fill in the application form (Annex 1) according to the application notice and file the form in XX class + name + Tsing Ma project application form to designated email address: scausxtw@126. Com. Before December 6th
3. Qualification examination. After the registration is completed, all applicants will be examined by the College Youth League committee.
4. Confirm the list. For the list of students to be determined, the College Youth League committee will be a unified public notice, public no objection to formally determine the list of students.
5. Management mechanisms
1. Assessment Mechanism. In terms of assessment standards, students’ political performance should be given first priority; in terms of assessment methods, the combination of process assessment and outcome assessment should be emphasized, and grades of excellence, qualification and non-qualification should be set on a proportional basis, the excellent grade is awarded the honorary title of “Excellent Student” .
2. Phase-out mechanism. Adhering to the policy of dynamic elimination; for those who do not observe political discipline and political rules in the course of their training and who violate the policies of the Party and the state; those who violate the laws and regulations of the state and endanger the interests of the party, the state and the people; those who violate the public order and good customs of society and violate socialist morality, those whose improper words and deeds have caused bad influence; those who are passive in performing their vanguard and exemplary role before major events and various urgent and dangerous tasks; those who violate school rules and regulations in serious circumstances; those who do not observe training discipline and violate regulations on the management of Students; Once the above acts have been verified, we will resolutely eliminate them.
VI. Incentives and guarantees
1. Do a good job in promoting excellent students to join the party. To carry out the requirements of developing party members and recommending the excellent students of “Qingma project” as the object of party development.
2. Do a good job in the development of recognition and reward work. If a student is an active member of the party, the theoretical study and practical exercise he or she took part in during the training period shall be recorded in the relevant training materials for active members of the Party, students participate in study lectures, summer “three rural” , winter vacation research, voluntary work, voluntary service, refer to the college “undergraduate comprehensive assessment rules” and other related requirements to be recognized. “Outstanding Student” honorary title, according to the College “undergraduate comprehensive assessment rules” to be awarded.
3. Recommend outstanding students to participate in the evaluation of the first priority. For the excellent performance of the “Green Horse Project” students, can recommend their participation in the group’s advanced recognition, model leadership program and other evaluation priority. At the same time can recommend outstanding performance for part-time counsellors, psychological classes, the main person in charge of Youth League, Youth League representatives and other candidates.
