Recently, in order to implement the relative requirements of the school's theme educational activity of  Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind. , carry out in-depth investigation and research and promote the development of the college to a higher level, dean Huang Qiong led a team to the Agricultural Information Institute of CAAS and other institutions to conduct research and study on cooperation in scientific research projects, Construction of scientific research, student training and other work, and attend the 3rd International Agricultural Research Conference. The team included the college Department of computer science,student office etc.

    Dean Huang Qiong and the team were warmly received by Zhou Qingbo, the director of Agricultural Information Institute, CAAS, and other leaders. At the symposium, director Zhou , on behalf of the Information Institute , extended warmest welcome to Huang Qiong and the team again and introduced the historical evolution of the CAAS and the basic information of the unit in detail. Wang Chuan, the director of Scientific Research Office of CAAS, gave a detailed introduction of the construction of scientific research team, the progress of scientific research projects, and the training of students especially postgraduate training. Our college shared our basic introduction, the construction of scientific research platform, the direction of scientific research, characteristics, etc. Director Zhou said that South China Agricultural University is based in South China，and the CAAS is located in Beijing (in the north), so next, the two sides should give full play to their respective strengths and complementary advantages, strengthen cooperation and exchanges and jointly create new space for development.

    In addition, the research activity also included attending the 3rd International Agricultural Research Conference and the Cooperation and Exchange Conference of Scientific Research of the Information Center of Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development in Agriculture, CAAS.
