Zhen-gang Yang (1976-), Male, Ph.D., Associate Professor. Bachelor’s degree gotten form College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering of Northwest Agricultural University in 1998, Master’s degree gotten from College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering of Northwest Sci-tech University of Agriculture and Forestry in 2001, Ph. D. gotten from College of Automatic Science and Engineering of South China University of Technology. Teaching and research work began in July, 2001 at South China Agricultural University, now working in College of Mathematics and Informatics of SCAU. Teaching courses are now “Operational Research and System Analysis” and “Foundation of Multimedia Application”. Research interests are now Information System Engineering, Computer Vision, Information Behavior Analysis and Information Service Strategy. Presided over the projects of Youth Foundation Grant #12YJCZH252 of Humanities and Social Science of Chinese Education Ministry and the 2007 Guangdong Agricultural Standardization Fund. Participated in research work of over 30 projects, published 34 papers in which 21 papers are first author, one indexed by SCI, 5 Indexed by EI, since 2001.
