2007年7月于中山大学信息与科学技术学院获得博士毕业，随后分别于2007年10月至2008年9月及2008年11月至2010年10月在韩国高丽大学电子电机工程系及中山大学信息科学与技术学院进行博士后研究，2010年12月加入华南农业大学信息学院。主要研究方向为信息隐藏、多媒体信息安全。

目前，已在本领域国内外相关学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文三十余篇，其中被SCI检索12篇，被EI检索13篇。现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，曾主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金1项、华南农业大学校长基金1项、中国博士后科学基金面上资助1项；作为主要成员参与了国家自然科学基金3项、国家星火计划重点项目1项、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金博导类基金1项、广东省自然科学基金2项、广东省科技计划项目1项。

为IEEE、广东省图象图形学会会员。为学术期刊Digital Signal Processing、Journal of Software and Systems、 KSII Trans. on Internet and Info. Systems、Journal of Info. Science and Engineering等的审稿人，亦为学术会议Intl. Workshop on Digital Watermarking、Intl. Symposium on Industrial Electronics等的审稿人。

此外，入选广东省高等学校“千百十人才培养工程”校级培养对象。

Curriculum Vitae

Chuntao Wang received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Sun Yat-sen University, China, in 2002 and 2007, respectively.

He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Korea University, Korea, from October 2007 to September 2008. During November 2008 through November 2010, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Sun Yat-sen University. Since 2011, he has been with the College of Mathematics and Informatics, South China Agricultural University, China.

His research interests include information hiding and multimedia signal processing. He has published more than 30 papers in these areas. Also, he received the National Natural Science Fund of China (Grant No. 61202467), China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (Grant No. 20090460832), and the Scientific Research Foundation for Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars, the State Education Ministry.
